Why am I asked for a urinalysis all of a sudden?

More details to this question:
I am currently on a 4 year probation and completed 2 with no problems. I had felony child endangerment. I was given a urinalysis and since, I don't have drug charges.

Check your probation conditions they probably state that you have to submit to urinalysis at any time it is requested. It's probably just a random check.
