Will a full coverage insurance cover the damages in a DUI and hit and run?

More details to this question:
My court is not until 2 months from now but I do have to deal with my insurance and DMV. I have full coverage insurance.

Are you DUI or the person you had the accident DUI? Either way, insurance will cover but can take the position that DIT is an "intentional act" and not covered by the policy. However, in almost all cases including a gunshot injury claim mostly insurance always paid, but there is always a coverage issue.

I would need to know how much your damage is to answer this question. It is also unclear if you were hit by a drunk driver or you were drunk.
