Will a Prosecutor take extraordinary mitigating circumstances into consideration when trying to plead down a DUI charge? Can I do this myself or do I need a lawyer?

plea negotiations are not allowed for DUI/DWI cases. you need a 'legal argument' based upon the 'mitigating circumstances' to change/alter the DWI charge. you do need an attorney. ed dimon, esq. 732-797-1600
