Asked on Jul 27th, 2011 on Criminal Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I am 16, I have been arrested twice due for domestic violence. Both times the charges were dropped , and I didnt have to go to court or anything. I am currently in the process of becoming an employee for Sears. All they need to do is run a criminal background check, my question is if this will appear in the background check?

Arrests show on background checks regardless of outcome. The only thing which may shield your arrests is that they were juvenile arrests.

Yes. A background check will typically bring up arrests.
