QUESTION

Will I automatically go to jail for probation violation?

Asked on Dec 12th, 2014 on Criminal Law - Florida
More details to this question:
I had violated my probation for not doing community service hours and not paying probation fees. I had a court date last month and they gave me until this Monday, 12/15, to get everything done. I finished everything except the treatment program. I got an automatic positive because I could not produce a specimen and had to get to work. How will this affect me? Will I automatically be put in jail? Do I have any other options, like more community service, more treatment, or just a fine?
