More details to this question:
I had someone using my name back in the 90s and the has many offenses. I can not get a job because of all this and I'm not sure how to go about handling it. Also i have charges from almost 20 years ago that i am on probation for and also severed jail time for and would like to know if there is a statute of limitation on this?

you will not find a pro bono attorney who will do 'expungements' of your criminal record. you need to hire an attorney who will do the research of your criminal record and tell you what can be expunged.
