QUESTION

Will I Be Able To Fly Internationally With A (Potential) Bench Warrant?

More details to this question:
Florida. In March (2017) I was arrested for driving on a suspended license (2nd offense - though the 1st offense had happened 8+ years earlier). License was suspended for an unpaid seatbelt ticket. Also in March, of the same year, I attended court; the deal made was that I pay my fines, get my license re-instated and we'd call it square so long as I submit proof of having taken care of those obligation by the next court date (a month later). Within that time frame, I lost my grandmother and job. I was not able to fulfill my obligations to the court. I didn't attend court, a bench warrant was issued for my arrest. I finally started to dig myself out of the hole I was in, got another job, and wanted to take care of this bench warrant finally as I could afford everything originally requested of me, plus whatever other expenses may be thrown at me. I contacted the public defender assigned to me in Dec. Of 2018 (last month). I asked him if he could arrange a court date. (Continued).
