Will I be charged public idencency if I was full clothed.

More details to this question:
A security officer at a college took my info off my drivers liscence saying a student witnessed me watching porn on a computer and fondiling myself. The security officer found nothing on the computer and at no point did I remove clothing. If i was scratching my thigh or had been suggestively movinh my hand on my thigh could they have enough to charge me

That's a good question, but based on the facts as you have presented them, it seems as though there may be an academic issue v. a criminal charge. Always beneficial to speak to a lawyer, especially before someone from either the school or the police department contact you for a comment.
