QUESTION

Will I be charged with a crime involving my computer?

Asked on Jul 30th, 2013 on Criminal Law - Illinois
More details to this question:
I chatted online with three other people. Some of the content was of an explicit sexual nature. There was never any exchange of personal information or pics. I am over the age of consent and I know two of the other people I chatted with said they were over 18 as well. One user never mentioned age. Can I get in trouble with the law if that person was under 18 even if i was never aware? Can I get in trouble if one of the people who said they were over 18 were lying?
