More details to this question:
I got a speeding ticket for going 82 in a 50 a while back. I didn't think about it and kept smoking well now I have court in 5 days, and I smoked yesterday. I am so scared I think I am going to puke. I have never been to court before. The only thing on my ticket is speeding. NOT RECKLESS DRIVING. Only speeding. 32 mph over. Will the judge drug test me on my court date in 5 days? I am 16 years old.
No, it is very unlikely that you are going to be drug tested for a speeding ticket only - unless you show up to court under the influence of marijuana. That is an entirely different charge and if found true ("guilty' in juvenile court) doubtless the judge will want to place you on some drug conditions that could include testing. Just don't show up to court having smoked. In fact, at your age, you should consider whether or not this is the direction you want your life to take.
Speeding is a civil infraction ticket and is not criminal in nature. You will not be tested for a traffic ticket like this. Go to court, don't worry and, since your driving record is good, ask the officer or city attorney if you can have the matter reduced to a lesser infraction such as a blockading or obstructing traffic, which is a 0 point offense and is not reported to the secretary of state or you might be offered "sudden acceleration" a 0 point offense which is reported but is way better than 25 mph over the limit.
You will not be drug tested when you go to court on a speeding ticket. However, if you show up stoned you could be arrested for being under the influence.
I doubt it - I have never heard of that. If you are concerned you should stop smoking weed as, if you are going to drive, any time you drive within a couple days of smoking you can be convicted of DUI under Pennsylvania's new laws.
