You will not be able to get the records expunged. But, if you successfully complete the deferred, you may be able to have the records sealed, pursuant an Order of Non-Disclosure.  Eligibility, and waiting period, are both controlled by statute, and depend on the nature of the offense.  If you want to send me some more information about the case, I'd be happy to look up your eligibility and discuss the sealing process, if your case is eligible, and if you're interested in pursuing it.
