Will I be held responsible for drug cultivation if I know about it? How?

More details to this question:
My roommate was recently arrested for cultivating and selling marijuana. We have been living in the same apartment (but separate rooms) for 6 months now and I knew about it but did not report anything. Should I hire an attorney? I do not know if I will be faced with charges.

You have the right to remain silent. Only idiots talk to investigators/cops. Remember, no matter what you say it will be twisted around and used against you later.

You might want to meet with some and have that ready to go should charges arise. Also I would recommend against saying anything to the police before you speak with the attorney?..
