QUESTION

Will I be prosecuted or have a warrant for DUI in PA?

Asked on May 02nd, 2013 on DUI/DWI - Pennsylvania
More details to this question:
I posted bail for a co-worker to be released from jail 3 years ago the following morning from a DUI in PA and haven’t seen him or know his where about for 2+ years. I just received a letter for a court hearing and I'm no longer even close to that state. Nor do I have time to make a trip there. What are the consequences if I don't go, what is the best thing to do other than pay the 900$ that's due? Thanks for your advice.

If you posted and he is not brought to court, you can be liable to pay the bond. I would call the bail agency who is handling it for more details. I don't think you need to come to court but I would confirm with them first.
