More details to this question:
I was arrested months ago for domestic violence and was put on probation. Shortly after I was arrest for public intoxication. I bailed out and immediately notified my probation officer. When I went to report I was arrested again I'm assuming for the PI or for violating probation. Bailed out again. I have been paying my fines and following order but with my job schedule I'm trying to work something out do I can go my community service hours. I have another court date where I believe they are going to try to revoke probation due to the PI offense. Do you think for it being my first violation I can get possibly just expand my probation? Is there any chance of lienency?

There is a good chance that something can be worked out to avoid the imposition of jail time for the violation. You need a lawyer to speak to probation, the DA and the judge.
