More information is needed. I do not understand the comment "I have been on trial for a good year." I suspect that you are mistaken. Trial is the presentation of evidence before a judge or jury, witnesses are questioned by your attorney and the assistant state's attorney, and a verdict will be rendered at the end. I suspect you may mean "pretrial" on in some form of a diversionary program (accelerated rehabilitation, drug education program, etc.). In any event, the conditions of your bond, the pretrial diversionary program or probation control. However, it seems that you are nervous about taking the test. You are best served by making sure you are clean that day.
