Will I face jail time for not completing my mandatory DUI classes?

More details to this question:
I have failed to complete them twice now. I want to complete them now however I need to go back to the court to get a referral to be reenrolled in my classes. I just want to know if I will face jail time or can I hire an attorney to keep me out of jail and get this over with?

You should hire a lawyer to go to court to recall the warrant. A lawyer can do this without you present if the underlying charge is a misdemeanor, so it is less risky for you.
