Will I get in trouble for being at a party?

There was under age kids at a party I was at and there was no alcohol but there were intoxicated underaged teenagers. The cops showed up and and made everyone blow into a breathalyzer and I had not been drinking that night and blew a .00. I am under 18 years of age and the cop said if you are under 18 you must call a parent to come pick you up. If I blew a .00 and there was no alcohol present, can the cop force me to stay until a parent comes to pick me up?
