Will I get jail time and what steps do I take to recant this?

More details to this question:
The police detectives came to my home and told me that if I don't say my boyfriend committed this murder, I would get 20 years. My boyfriend is in jail and the police held me for 2 days until his court date. I was not allowed to use a phone. They drove me to court. I want to recant this.
