Driving Under Suspension is a first degree misdemeanor carrying up to 180 days in jail. You may want to contact an experienced traffic attorney to assist you with these charges.

The maximum penalty for driving under suspension is 180 days in jail. You probably won't be jailed for driving under suspension, but it is impossible to say for certain. Hiring an experienced criminal defense attorney will definitely help your chances of reducing the penalties.
