The clerk's office at the court house should be able to give you copies of your probation papers. Is it reporting or nonreporting probation? If nonreporting then you should not be in trouble unless you were to do other things.

If you are charged with a violation of your probation, jail time is always a possibility. You should consider hiring a lawyer to go to court for you, in order to try and help you get a good result.

You are supposed to review and receive a copy of your Order of Probation before you leave the courthouse after sentencing. You should immediately stop and see your probation officer, probably with an attorney, to find out what the problem is.
