Will I serve jail time for a retail fraud third degree- first offense?

More details to this question:
I was told that I would be given a fine but I read that I could be sentenced to 93 days in jail. I know that the state is very strict. I have an 11 month old baby and I am petrified. Do I plead guilty or not guilty?

Plead guilty and hire an attorney ASAP. You do not want this on your permanent criminal record. Getting a job with a theft conviction is very difficult.
