Will my husband still be in jail for probation violation?

More details to this question:
If my husband case was dismissed from general court however he has probation violation pending on the charge he had received, can they still hold him in jail for the probation violation?

Well they do not need as much proof in a PV as they do to convict him so the answer is maybe. I would need to know all the facts to answer this question.

The level of proof required to prove probation is much lower than that for a criminal charge. It is common for the underlying charge to be withdrawn by the prosecution and relay on the probation violation.

Yes they can hold him without bond until the probation violation is set for a court date.
