I am 46 and got my first dui last week. The reading was .126. I wanted to know if you think there is anyway I can keep my license valid or at the very least just restricted? I really need my car for work and was hoping there was a way I can keep it from getting suspended.Right now I have a 30 day paperlicense that expires soon. court date in a couple weeks. thank you very much.

There is a way to keep your license or at least get a restricted license to drive to and from work. You should contact an attorney for more information.
