Will my uncle go back to prison to do remaining time for parole violation first offense?

More details to this question:
My uncle got released from prison on parole. He was in for drug trafficking and did 18 years. They sent him to the state where his family lives. He was just caught stealing at a store for theft of 100, 1st offense while on parole. Will he most likely be sent back to prison to do the rest of his time for parole violation?

He probably will not get his parole revoked but there is good chance he will get intermediate sanctions facility.
