Will the court find and use my juvie record against me?

Will I be able to get a diversion? As a minor, I was convicted with grand theft for stealing from Walmart with friends. Here it is 15 years later and I get a ticket at Walmart for petty theft. I needed toilet paper, toothpaste and soap but had no money; just food stamps so I did buy some food there as well because I felt wrong for stealing. I am now a single mom of 2.

Yes they the Court will take into consideration your juvenile record, and because you have already been convicted once, you will not be diversion eligible. However, their are other options.
