More details to this question:
Cop says I was weaving and crossed the centerline once but video doesn’t show bad driving. He says he saw me weaving before the dash camera was turned on. He also said I failed the FST. My suppression hearing is next month.

All I can say is, you better have a good lawyer to do that hearing.

Well that depends on how long they show you driving on the video. This will be up to the judge to decide.

The only way to know what the Judge will do is to hire a lawyer and conduct a hearing regarding this evidence.

During the traffic hearing, the judge most likely hear and see the evidence presented by the State. If you have a good criminal attorney in DC, he/she should be able to identify the basis to exclude the testimony of the officer. Usually for a DUI or DWI hearing in DC, the court would allow the video if relevant to the charges. It is very important to find a qualified criminal attorney or a DUI attorney in Washington DC to represent you in a suppression or evidentiary hearing.

Usually judges do believe police officers, but on rare occasions, judges find police officers to not have met their burden.
