More details to this question:
I plead guilty to DUI 4 years ago sentenced to 1yr county jail time served it out and didn't know I was supposed to do community service but knew about court costs. No probation was a part of the plea deal so really I got sentenced to 1 yr county jail and supposedly 60 hrs community service I want to pay all court cost off so I can get my license but moved out of state but now Colorado says I have a warrant for failure to comply with court costs and community svc just moved to straighten out my life now this is happening basically I want to pay all fines and court costs at once but can't afford more jail and take time off work to go out of state to take care of it what can I do?

I have helped people in this situation without a return. First is make sure you know why you are being denied a license. Often it is just an OJW fee or court costs - both of which can be paid via credit card to the court clerk in the county where you arrested.
