Will this be on my record?

More details to this question:
I was pulled over for suspicious DUI and taken in to the station. I did not get finger printed or a mugshot.

Likely if your blood alcohol concentration was above the legal limit you will be required to "book" sometime along the way. The process you mention, fingerprinting and photographing, will need to be done sometime assuming charges are filed.

It depends. Were you actually arrested or just detained. Were you charged with a DUI and, if so, what was the outcome of the case. Without knowing all of the details, it is impossible to give you an adequate answer.

Absolutely it will, which is why you should hire a DUI specialist, and do it soon because you have only 10 days to save your license.
