Will this count as my first driving on suspended license?

More details to this question:
If I just received a driving on suspended license for the first time in over twenty years, will this be considered a first offense or will they count the old charge as well?

Probably they will count this as a first time crime.

In order for it to be a true second offense it must occur within seven (7) years of the first offense.

Ohio has multiple sections under which a person to be charged with driving under suspension. The answer to your question depends upon which section log you are currently charged under and for which section you were previously convicted. In order to answer your question I would have to review your ticket is was your driving record.
