Would I be able to ask to expunge my record if I was discharged from probation and all debt has been paid in full?
Asked on Mar 09th, 2012 on Expungements - Minnesota
More details to this question:
I was charged in 2001 and have been on probation until I was successfully discharged in 2009. I have had no other violations.
Here is my record:
Conviction Summary
Disposition Date Disposition Statute Description Conviction Level
5/4/2010 Convicted Aiding Offender-Destroy/Conceal/False Evidence Felony
5/4/2010 Convicted Aiding Offender-Destroy/Conceal/False Evidence Felony
You can try, but it is very soon to do so. Plus, expungment does not take it off all records. You need to look into it some more. It sounds better and easier than it is in reality.
