QUESTION

Would I be extradited for non violent offenses?

Asked on May 05th, 2015 on Criminal Law - Illinois
More details to this question:
I'm currently on probation after going 12 years with no charges. I have a very checkered past, even though some of it is more than 20 years old. Recently I have "targeted" for bogus cases, 2 of which I beat. Then was arrested again last week for a forgery the prosecutor claims happened in 2013. I want to live in peace with my kids as I have been doing. I fear that will never be an option here. I posted 750.00 on this new case and never received a copy of the charge. Now it is set for a "bond date" instead of an arraignment or preliminary. If I leave the state while on probation for possession of a controlled substance and on bond for a 2 year old forgery, would they extradite me?
