Would it be possible to get an appeal and get my case put on a stet docket?

More details to this question:
i was put on 2 years probation in january. i recenlty took my ged test and if i pased i want to go into the army but i cant do that while on probation. so would it be posible to get an apeal and get my case put on a stet docket so i can get into the army?

An appeal will not help you. If you are on probation then you have to have plead guilty or been found guilty. To the extent a case can be placed on the stet docket that is a function of prosecutorial discretion in which you would have to waive your right to an appeal. However, your attorney should contact the State's Attorney assigned to your case to see if the State would agree.
