Would misdemeanor simple possession disqualify me from obtaining a concealed carry permit?

I had a misdemeanor simple possession charge over 30 years ago. As best I recall, I paid a fine, no probation or anything else.

Probably not. you should order your criminal history from the PA state police, so you know exactly what your record is.
