We have been separated for four years divorced for one. I recently paid a tax debt from 2005 my money. For some reason money went to wrong place they sent check to him he cashed it without my knowing forging my name. I want my money back.

could be a crime, aks the DA or a detective to review it. Also, report it to the IRS immediately.
