More details to this question:
I am trying to get my ex to pay me the money he owes me as equitable distribution. I want to freeze his checking account, take his business equipment or whatever to get him to pay. Since I was in business with him, I am completely aware of all his assets and if I had the right paperwork, would have full support from my judge and the local sheriff.

Any money judgment will enable you to pursue the relief you are seeking upon entry of a transcript with the county clerk where assets are located.
