Hello, I won a small claims case and I recently got a letter from a Judgment Recovery, LLC, saying they could help recover the awarded judgment. The person I won the claim against lives in another state, so I know it will be hard to collect the award. Are Judgment Recover, LLC reliable? How can I trust they will give me my share of the amount once they collect. Is there anyway to find reviews on them. Or should I just put a lien against their home/property they have here in my state. Please Help. Thank You!!

Collection of such judgments is ALWAYS the problem. Its simply a crap shoot and most often simply ends in a push.
