Association debt

More details to this question:
Why the lawyer of the association and the association don't work with the homeowners in hardship situation. I have a debt and now I want to make payment arrangement following my budget and they don't care, they just say doesn't work. I am thinking they want my house. Please your help!

While it would be nice if they did, the law deals with obligations not opportunities. There are very few legal remedies to make people be courteous. I doubt they want your house, they typically want the money that you either agreed to or are obligated to to pay.
