attorney fee

More details to this question:
I pay my condo assoc. fee a year late cause by misunderstand between me and my dealer who take care of it. The Attorney send me a letter and ask me pay $655 just for their attorney fee. for a $75 annual condo assoc. fee. He told me he send me 3 letters but I only got it last one. Could he charge me that much? I know it need to pay some late fee, but $655? without any paper work?

Yep - pay the money unless you want to spend more trying avoid a foreclosure. It was your mistake by not paying what you owed, so this can be avoided in the future.
