bank account holds

More details to this question:
When there is a judgement. ONe lawyer on this account says that they cannot seize the account unles it has 1920 or more in it. On this same website another lawyer says they can. The circumstances are that deposits are made to the account monthly in the amount of below 1920 and withdrawals are made. there is never more than 1920 in the account. there are no exemptions. Can someone please give me a definitive answer: can they seize the account or not? thank u.

They can freeze the account.  Then you can fill out paperwork to demonstrate the funds are exempt to undo the freeze.  The 1920 must be exempt funds.  Not all funds are exempt.
