Asked on May 05th, 2014 on Debtor and Creditor - Florida
More details to this question:
Contractual dispute with an Orange County, Florida (Orlando) company. I contend that the Florida company broker the contract by failing to provide the contractually promised services. Florida company is suing me. My company has bank accounts in Virginia and New York and owns real estate in Virginia. If the Florida company wins the suit in small claims court, can they attach property or bank accounts in other states?
