can I be sued?

More details to this question:
two years a go a friend financed puppies for a friend of mine and myslef because we did not have the credit. after a year i could no longer afford the dog or payments and begged her to take her from me since she was in all rights really hers because she financed her. she did not want her. now fast forward two years later andi no longer have the dog because i could not care for her and she did not want her. and her loan for the finance of thm went to collections and she wants me to pay it off completely or threatedened to sue me

and you are surprised by this why? YOU wanted to the puppy and agreed to pay for the financing. Its not Amazon or Walmart where you change your mind and get a refund. You made a promise, you broke it, and you owe the money. Do whats right and pay the person that actually took the financial risk to help you. Otherwise, dont cry foul about being a loser in life, how no one will help you and how its not fair, because doing things like this is where that starts.
