Can I be sued for a 32 year old promissory note

My brother gave me a bill and a promissory note from 32 years ago. When I purchased a car from him and for rent and small lones. Can he still sue me to try to collect the money

You cannot be sued on a promissory note that is 32 years old.   In Florida, the statute of limitations is five years on a written instrument.
