Can I be sued Over $10,000

More details to this question:
Got in a car accident and I rear ended Car in front of me what happen why is a car ahead of the car that I hit Send on his brakes so the one in front of me did as well so when I slam my brakes it was reading up a time and then I ran right into her EMS did show up check out the passenger that was in my car but no one else was Check out for injuries The lady in front of me in which I hate is claiming that she has injuries so was wondering if I were to get Charged over $10,000 for the bumper of the car in the injuries

Answer is, Yes. She will have to prove damages, but to a jury, adjuster or judge, and but not you, however. Your insurance should handle this unless you dont have insurance or bought cheapo coverage.
