Can I file a small claim against my son while he is on disibility

More details to this question:
He got hurt on the job in Sep2015 and I co signed on some of his loans. in sep 2016 he was denied unemployment and had a stroke now his mother receives ss diability for him but dont want to help pay his bills she said his money is her money. Not only they money he owes me but his medical bills either she said just stop paying them all

To what end? You will need to report this to SS or law enforcement and see what they can do. Otherwise, you will need to hire a lawyer and establish a guardianship.
