More details to this question:
About 4 years ago i took out a washer and dryer under my name at Conn's for my Aunt with a verbal aggrement that she would make the monthly payment. Well it is now on my credit and she has not paid nothing. How can i go about getting the washer and dryer in my possession?

Ask her for the appliances. If she won't give them to you, and the family will not kill you, file in court for their return. Hope she does not say they were a gift.
