"wells fargo submitted a false 1099 claim to irs and admitted wrong doing but only after i was stranded 10 hours from home for 4 days without money,gas,phone,food,water, my father died and no one was able to reach me because my phone bill was supposed to be paid and was not as a direct result of this negligence, i was unable to attend funeral as i 1st didnt know about it and 2nd couldnt have gotten there if i knew anyway" i want the maximum allowed and dont care how much or long it takes

I am sorry but I fail to see in the summary of the facts how the actions of Wells Fargo caused the damages that you claim you suffered.
