More details to this question:
I made a reservation in December 2015 had a 3 month installment of $600.00 paid one installment couldn't make the trip call and email to cancel they said it cant but i can reschedule the date. The dates i wanted were too expensive could not afford it but the hotel has no cancellation or refund policy. The lady was rude and hang up on me.

Thats what a no cancellation or refund policy means, not" ...well ..yes.....but anyway I want my money back." You either find a way to go as planned or forfeit the deposit.
