Can judgement be filed without my knowledge related to a complaint that is 4 yrs old? I was making payments now a freeze was placed on my account.

It was agreed that I would pay monthly on a medical debt. I’ve been doing so since the complaint in 2017. Recently I received a judgement execution and my bank is frozen. Apparently this was granted in April and I was not notified. It still refers to the original docket number but the amount is over $3000 more than I even owed originally. I’m panicking and need to do something immediately.
You really need to speak with an attorney to go over the facts of your case including the agreement you made and the represntations made in the case.
If you defaulted on your settlement agreement the agreement likely allowed for entry of judgment for the full amount less payments made. The agreement may or may not have required notice of the default and provide you with an opportunity to cure the default.
