can loan co sell your loan since you signed with them

More details to this question:
got loan had insurance on it,,husband got hurt,they said we didnt have insurance,i had paper proving i did sent it to them ,still fought me ,paymts were 159 mo,then heard nothing.then got paper saying pay 30.17 mo.no interest.,so i do ,never miss payment,now there selling my loan,i sighned with them can they sell my loan

Debts are receivables to the creditor which can be sold by them.  Receivables are like any asset that can be bought or sold and there is no requirement that the debtor agree. You may wish to speak to a consumer attorney about potential violation of rights.
