Collection procedure for a judgement.

More details to this question:
I have had a judgment against someone since June, 2002. I have renewed the judgment once since then. It is currently valid until June of 2014. In May of 2013 I got a Judgment Lien against this person. This person has made no effort to pay this debt. What are my options?

You will likely need to hire a collection lawyer to do other things like find assets and sieze them, garnish wages, etc.
